Weekly reports of agents, ca.1970-1987.

The ABC Board enforcement agents are responsible for enforcing all the laws, rules and regulations of the State of Alabama and the ABC Board. This was a weekly report of the daily activities of each enforcement agent, setting forth the time an agent went on and off duty, total hours worked, per diem claimed, duties performed and the results of the day's work. Also included in the report were weekly totals that indicate all cumulated data such as number of license inspections, board of hearing commission cases assisted and number of days worked during the week. The report was signed by the agent and reviewed by his supervisor. With the implementation of a new Monthly Activity Report (series S-54-97) in 1988, which combines the functions of Subsistence Claim Form (series SX-54-3) and this report, the division no longer creates this record series.
